So Michelle Obama IS fashionably conscious of the economy! On Tuesday, she was seen exiting the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in Manhattan (above picture is of her inside). She was wearing the same floral Tracy Feith dress that she was photographed wearing on January 27th for President Obama's first day in office (take that Lanvin haters and those choosing to ignore the First Family's gesture of declining White House redecoration funds!).
