Complex magazine conducted a poll titled Style War, to determine the best dressed rapper of 64 nominated (I can't even think of 5 whose styles are worth voting for). It came down to Kanye West and Jay-Z, and of course the winner was...KANYE! You can't really compare their style though. It would've been much more fun to compare two fashion-forward candidates such as Kanye and Andre 3000, but the public did the voting so apparently it was just a popularity contest although Kanye's controversial fashion won out.
