Sorry this is late and very scant, but there wasn't too much happening (worth reporting) on the denim scene this weekend.

Queen Latifah performed on Good Morning America last Firiday. She looked amazing in a fitted pair of white jeans. There is nothing wrong with a plus-size girl wearing fitted jeans if  her proportions and the fit of the jeans are right.

Brandy was spotted out too in some black ripped jeans tucked into her Louboutins...why, Brandy? However, I'm a little more concerned with her friend's jeans. Since they aren't a skinny jean and don't look good gathered at the ankle, they should have have been hemmed, cuffed,...SOMEthing.

Amber Rose took some legitimate photos at the modeling agency with which she has recently signed, FORD MODELS! Whoa, impressive...congrats Amber! I like her high rise jeans, but not this outfit.
Is anybody else wondering what kind of modeling she's eligble for???

Now this picture is a couple of months old now, but I just had to address this...because it keeps haunting me. Not only is it sad that Jessica Simpson's stock has plummeted to the point where she is performing at venues such as the 24th annual Chili Cook Off at CB Smith Park in Pembroke Pines Florida, but what's sadder is that her sense of style has plummeted with it. Awww, Jess!

Maybe she's unsure how to work with the extra weight she has gained, but apparently, she doesn't realize that high-rise denim serves to accentuate the waist, and she is actually making her hourglass frame appear heavier by layering on the cute double belt over her Jainesse Charlotte jeans . And no, it is NOT the jeans. The jeans are very cute. Just see for yourself.
